Mission

The Fort Sill Department of Public Health, through cooperative efforts, will lead in the promotion of disease and injury prevention, shared leadership and accountability, and advancement of evidence driven public health for the Total Army Family.  

Vision

The Fort Sill Department of Public Health advocates for and provides comprehensive evaluation services aimed at enhancing Army readiness through identification and assessment of current and emerging threats, development of and communication of public health solutions, and assurance of evidence-driven community health decision making within the Army’s Public Health Enterprise.
