Health Readiness Clinic

The Health Readiness Clinic provides quality, comprehensive physical examinations for Active-duty Service Members based on accepted medical principles and current Army Regulations. Our mission is to provide timely, quality healthcare, enhancing the medical readiness of the force and the health of the community.

Services Provided

Routine school physicals required for Military training:

  • Airborne, Ranger

  • Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB)
  • Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board (DODMERB)
  • Civil Affairs
  • Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE)
  • Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS)
  • Officer Candidate School (OCS), Commissioning
  • Warrant Officer Candidate (WOC)

Separation History & Physical Exam – (SHPE)

  • Retirement, Expiration of Term of Service, & Chapter physicals for SM not assigned to FIRES medical home.

Q: How do I schedule a Physical Examination?

  1. Report to Health Readiness Clinic to receive the physical exams packet with instructions. No physical exams are scheduled over the phone. The completed physical exams packet must be returned to Health Readiness staff and validated as complete prior to scheduling the exam with the provider.

Hours

All times  are subject to mission dependent Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) 
Closed on Fridays, weekends, and federal holidays.
The clinic is closed the last Wednesday of the month at 12 p.m. for training.

Monday:
  • Reserved for AIT processing, enlisted Service Members
  • Any Solider can be seen 1 p.m.- 3:30 p.m. for Immunization updates only. 
Tuesday-Thursday
  • 6  a.m.-8 a.m. - In and Out Processing, Overseas Medical Screenings, and MEDPROS updates for Immunizations & Labs
  • 7 a.m.-9 a.m. - Phase 1 Physical Walk-ins 
Phase 1 Physical Exams are offered Tuesday-Thursdays
7 a.m.-9a.m.  – School and Separation Physicals started by walk-in
•     Patients need to be fasting for labs and bring eyewear (no contacts allowed).
