Laboratory
Welcome to the Reynolds Army Health Clinic Laboratory
At the Reynolds Army Health Clinic Laboratory, our goal is to deliver exceptional laboratory services that enable a medically ready force and promote a healthy community. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, and we strive to exceed expectations in everything we do.
Laboratory Services
Outpatient phlebotomy services are provided in the Laboratory Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed all Federal Holidays. Patients are required to present valid identification when arriving for testing. Within Reynolds, laboratory orders are placed in the patient information system by the clinic/location the patient was seen. Laboratory requests from providers outside of Reynolds should be written on an order form and signed by the provider. This form should also contain the provider's
National Provider Identifier (NPI) and respective
office/facility fax number to send results. The form is presented at the laboratory Specimen Collection (Phlebotomy) area. Proper ID is required when arriving for testing. If there are tests ordered and not performed in house, most can be sent to other DoD Reference Laboratories or our DoD Contracted Commercial Reference Laboratory, however, there may be a few exceptions of unique tests not performed at either. Please contact the laboratory at 580-558-2500 for details about specific test procedures and/or specimen collection requirements.
We offer a range of laboratory services to support the medical needs of our patients. These include:
- Specimen Collection (Phlebotomy): Our skilled phlebotomists are dedicated to collecting blood and other specimens in a safe and efficient manner.
- Chemistry: Our chemistry laboratory performs a wide range of tests to help diagnose and monitor various medical conditions.
- Hematology: Our hematology laboratory specializes in the analysis of blood and blood disorders.
