Active Duty

Active Duty Service Members will be assigned a provider in the Fires Clinic, which provides care for the 75th Field Artillery Brigade and the 31st Air Defense Artillery Brigade. All other Active Duty Service Members will be assigned a Primary Care Manager within one of the available care teams.
